The Zapatist sun on the album cover shows in advance about the lyrics of
REBELS'n'REVELS, the new Los Fastidios album: riot, anger, fight and love.
The sound of REBELS'n'REVELS mix differents street music styles:
streetpunk, ska, oi!, rock'n'roll, combat, h.c., punk rock..There is a
biggest care in the sound and in the songs arrangements and thanx to the
two new guitarplayers the new album sounds more powerfull and mature than
in the previous albums.
The lyrics are strong and radical, it's a sunny and positive album
watching to the future with hope and feelings of fight, redemption and
revenge for all the living beings.
The themes are the ones always dealed by Los Fastidios : social
engageement, rights, house, salary, house, , militant antifascism, animal
rights, anti imperialism, anti capitalism.
In the album there are also, as usual, fun songs about parties, pints,
street, football and hooligans tales..in the typical Los Fastidios style:
Rebels'n'Revels!!!!
The tracklist conteins also the song Buscando el Sol written by Filippo
(of the Atarassia Grop band) for Los Fastidios.
As usual Los Fastidios take a particular care in the graphic part of the
album, in the booklet all the the lyrics are translated in english and in
french languages.
